When I was only five years old and first became aware of my incarnation here on Earth, I already began to wonder why I was here. I tried to understand why most people go through their days doing what is expected of them, rather than what truly makes them happy and brings them energy and fulfillment. As a result, passions and dreams are often left unpursued, leading to frustration and, eventually, physical discomfort as a reminder of this inner imbalance.

We are spiritual beings having a human experience on Earth. Before incarnating here, on a soul level we choose our life purpose and the lessons we wish to learn. When we live in alignment with this purpose and embrace these lessons, we feel connected to our Higher Self, experience physical and mental balance, and enjoy a deep sense of fulfillment.

My passion is to guide you through the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ (QHHT®) in discovering your life purpose and soul lessons. This allows you to make conscious choices aligned with your soul path, enabling you to live more authentically and experience greater joy, fulfillment, and meaning in life.

After a 22-year career as a lawyer, I decided in 2018 to follow my heart and dedicate myself to guiding people toward a life in which they pursue their passions and fully step into their power. I obtained my Professional Coach diploma from the Dutch Academy for Psychotherapy in Amsterdam, and shortly thereafter I was introduced to the hypnosis technique QHHT®, developed by Dolores Cannon.

I became so fascinated by the magic and depth of her technique that I immediately began my training as a QHHT® Practitioner at the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Academy, founded by Dolores Cannon. I successfully and passionately completed all available levels of the training. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to have become the first and only Level 3 QHHT® Practitioner in the Benelux.

Since 2019, I have welcomed people from all over the world into my practice in Amsterdam and have facilitated more than 500 sessions. I have found that, unlike long-term coaching trajectories, QHHT® can provide life-changing insights in just a single session, empowering my clients to take their first meaningful steps toward a life of healing, fulfillment, and happiness. I feel deeply honored to witness these remarkable transformations time and again.

Besides my passion for QHHT®, I love expanding my knowledge of ancient civilizations, shamanism, psychology, trauma healing, personal and spiritual development, meditation, the Universe, mantras, channeling, energy and vibration, the Higher Self, the Akashic Records, esotericism, and crystals. I also deeply enjoy traveling and spending time in nature.
